• In-Studio Pickup
You can pick up your order at our Limassol studio (Kouriou 3, Limassol).
Once your piece is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup details.

• Delivery across Cyprus — €5
We ship via ACS Courier.
Delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Cyprus Post.

• Worldwide delivery — €5
Delivery time: 4–5 business days after dispatch.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Please note: LITES is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied in your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

• Free Cyprus & Worldwide Shipping on orders over €160.

Returns

If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a simple return or exchange process.
You can return or exchange your jewellery within 10 days of receiving it, provided it’s in its original condition.
