Shipping and Returns

Cyprus:

For our local customers in Cyprus, we offer In-Studio Pickup at our location in Limassol (Kouriou 3, Limassol). Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with all the necessary details.

We also offer shipping across Cyprus via ACS Courier. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

International:

For international customers, we ship worldwide via Cyprus Post. Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.

Please note that LITES is not responsible for any duties or taxes that may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy. You can return or exchange your jewellery within 10 days of receiving it, provided the items are in their original condition.
